During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, Marisa & Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues or delivery address errors.
If your package is marked "delivered" but can’t be found, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
